The Idaho Commission for Libraries is hosting Library Journal’s 21st Century Leadership workshop as a preconference to the Idaho Library Association Meeting this coming October. We would like to invite anyone interested in participating in this nationally-recognized leadership development activity to apply. Cost for out of state participants is $80. The workshop is on October 5 at the Idaho Falls Public Library. The ILA conference is on October 6 and 7 at the Idaho Falls Shilo Inn. The Idaho Library Leadership Advisory Committee (LiLAC) is pleased to announce that for a second year Library Journal’s “21st Century Leadership: What Great Library Leaders Know and Do workshop will be presented by David Bendekovic on October 5, 2016 as a preconference to the Idaho Library Association Annual Meeting in Idaho Falls. It is a highly interactive workshop, that flies by!

LiLAC is a collaborative effort between the Idaho Library Association and the Idaho Commission for Libraries with a charge to create a framework for leadership development for all members of the Idaho library community. This workshop is excellent for all library staff in any type of library.
